Often, there will be more than one way to solve a design issue. My role is to present you with options, discuss the pros & cons of each and then step back to allow you to make your decision.
I discuss your project, your ideas and any future plans you may have for your property. I may even be able to offer you an alternative and/or cost saving suggestions.
